KTA, Test event for power-driven Taekwondo Gyorugi competitions

The Taekwondo Association of Korea (KTA President, Choi, Chang-shin) will hold a test event of [KTA Power Taekwondo Premium League] for power-centered Gyorugi competition from the existing touch concept of electronic protector type Gyorugi competition.

With the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, as part of the「Watching Taekwondo」 project, the competition will be held to transform the competition into a power-oriented Gyorugi competition.

As a major feature of the game, the decision to win or lose will be won by the player who first consumes an equal amount of impact.

If more than a certain amount of impact value is applied, the opponent's impact amount is exhausted, the body score is the Taekwondo technology which is recognized by the assistant referee by using the semi-automatic electronic protector.

Face scores are divided into high-strength hits and low-strength hits, and the impact score is given in two stages.

When the above two conditions are satisfied, the impact value generated in the electronic protector is reflected as it is.

High-strength impact to reach numerical values

Although not close to the figure, it is classified as low-intensity shock due to attack, not contact

Referees divide the amount of impact on the face attack into 2 levels and give a certain amount of impact.(Contact impact that the center of gravity cannot be shaken is not recognized)

Penalty System

10 seconds or 15 seconds penalty for undesirable behavior

Penalized players continue to play the same attack and defence, but are given twice the amount of impact they have been attacked during that time.

A player who is penalized for undesired behavior will receive a penalty time of 10 or 15 seconds during this time, the shock received from the opponent is doubled.

The new training will be recruited for hopeful players and will be held in Korea National Training Center in November.

After the training, on November 30th, a demonstration event was held, and the competition will be held at the Textile Center Event Hall on Two days from January 12 (Sunday) to 13 (Monday), 2020.

The player who first consumes the same amount of impact given to both players wins.

대한민국태권도협회(회장 최창신, 이하 KTA)가 기존의 발 센서와 전자호구에 터치 개념의 전자 호구형 겨루기 방식에서 벗어나 반자동 전자호구를 채택, 위력중심의 겨루기 경기를 위한‘KTA Power 태권도 프리미엄 리그(이하 프리미엄 리그)’시연회를 2020년 1월 12일(일)부터 13일(월) 서울 삼성동 섬유센터 이벤트 홀에서 실시할 예정이다.

관람형 태권도사업은 지난 2017년부터 문화체육관광부의 지원을 받아 국기원이 진행 하던 사업이었으나, 2019년 KTA가 사업을 이어받았으며, 품새 경기와 시범 경연은 지난해 대회를 마쳤다.

프리미엄 리그는 위력중심의 경기로 탈바꿈하여 기존 올림픽 방식의 겨루기 방식에서 주는 변칙 발차기 등의 재미없는 경기 방식에서 벗어나고자 시도됐다.

프리미엄 리그 경기 방식의 주요 특징으로 승패 결정은 동등하게 부여된 충격량을 먼저 소모시키는 선수가 승리한다.

몸통 득점은 반자동 전자호구를 활용하여 부심이 인정한 태권도 기술로 일정 수치 이상의 충격치가 가해지면 상대방의 충격량이 소모는 방식으로 진행한다. 얼굴득점은 고강도 타격과 저강도 타격으로 구분하여 점수가 부여된다.

바람직하지 않은 행위로 벌칙을 받은 선수는 10초의 페널티 시간을 받으며 이 시간동안 상대로부터 받는 충격치는 2배가 된다,

프리미엄 리그에 참가하는 선수 및 심판 선발을 마쳤다. 지원 선수 중 평가를 거쳐 18명의 선수와 심판 10명을 선발했다. 선발된 선수 및 심판 훈련은 지난해 12월 26일에 돌입해 오는 1월8일까지 강원도 영월 동강시스타에서 진행되었으며, 훈련 종료 마지막 날인 8일 현장 테스트 경기를 진행하여 1월 12일부터 13일까지 열리는 시연회에 출전할 선수들을 확정했다.

이번 시연회 게임에는 염관우(국가대표 코치) 김현일(용인대학교) 두 명을 감독으로 선임했다.

1월7일 열린 현장 테스트 경기에서 시드배정 및 시연 출전선수로 확정 된 선수는 65Kg - 75Kg 체급에 정찬호, 김다훈, 서강은, 최승현, 김민우, 박중원, 이승민, 공강호, 박진요 75Kg - 85Kg 체급에는 김영석, 천호연, 김희성, 김용식, 방승환, 김현승, 유도원, 최진수 선수가 각각 선수 출전해 KTA 파워태권도 프리미엄 리그 시연 대회 최종 승자를 가린다.

프리미엄 리그 시연회 경기운영은 태권도 최초 멀티미디어 스테이지 시스템을 도입해 경기 영상 및 파워치 표출 등 데이터 그래픽 처리 방식 등 여러 가지 멀티미디어 시스템이 도입 될 예정이며 주관 방송사 MBC가 녹화 중계 1월 중 방영 예정이다.

경기의 특징

◆몸통득점(반자동 전자호구)

1) 심판원이 동의한 변형되지 않은 태권도 기술

2) 전자호구에 가해진 일정수치 이상의 충격치

☞상기 2가지 조건이 만족될시 전자호구에 발생한 충격치를 그대로 반영

 ◆얼굴득점(일반 헤드기어)

1) 계수에 이를 정도의 고강도 충격

2) 계수에 이르지는 않으나, 접촉아닌 가격에 의한 저강도 충격으로 구분

☞심판원이 얼굴 공격의 충격량을 2단계로 나누어 일정 충격치 부여.

(몸중심이 흔들리지 않을 정도의 접촉성 충격은 불인정)

◆페널티 제도

1) 바람직하지 않은 행위시 10초, 15초 벌칙 선언

2) 벌칙을 받은 선수는 똑같이 공방을 진행하되, 동 시간 동안 공격을

받은 충격치의 2배를 부여받음.(기준치 이하의 대미지는 2배 부여않음)

◆승패의 결정

1) 양 선수에게 동등하게 부여된 충격량을 먼저 소모시키는 선수가 승리.

2) 3판 2선승제 또는 KO로 서든데스.
