Former WT Technical Committee Chairman  Supreme Grand maste Eui-min Ko's life (WTU)

Taekwondo Supreme Grand master Eui-min Ko, a former chairman of the World Taekwondo Federation (WT) Technical Committee, passed away on the evening of the 21st (local time). He was 81 years old.

Born in Onyang, Chungcheongnam-do in 1942, the deceased graduated from Kyung Hee University's Department of Physical Education and became famous as a leader who produced famous taekwondo figures such as Kim Se-hyuk and Joo Ju-kyu. 

The deceased recently relied on an oxygen respirator due to poor lungs, and died of cardiac arrest that day.

세계태권도연맹(WT) 기술위원장을 지냈던 고의민 재독 태권도 대사범이 21일 저녁(현지시간) 별세했다. 향년 81세.

1942년 충남 온양에서   
태어난 고인은 경희대 체육학과 출신으로 김세혁, 주신규 등 유명 태권도인을 배출한 지도자로 유명하기도 하다. 

 

고인은 최근 폐가 좋지 않아 산소호흡기에 의존했는데, 이날 심정지로 별세했다.
