Park Weon Sun, Mayor of Seoul attended the opening ceremony of 2014 Seoul World Taekwondo Leaders Forum.
At 11:30 a.m. on August 19 at Sejong Cultural Center the City of Seoul and Kukkiwon co-hosted the 2014 Seoul World Taekwondo Leaders Fo...rum with 110 participants from around the world.
Mayor Weon was awarded with the hononary 7th black belt and delivered a congratulatory message to the pariticipating world leaders.
And he really likes taekwondo.
