The success of Global TaeKwonDo Dojangs can strengthen Kukkiwon!

A strong, respectable and righteousness Kukkiwon makes a model and foundation for global TaeKwonDo Dojangs!

Advises and suggest to the Chairman of the Kukkiwon President Election Committee and officials in charge!

(Worldwide Masters and Grandmasters please give us your valuable suggestions and feedback!)

First of all, I would like to thanks and sincerely commend all officers preparing for Kukkiwon’s President election!

Please everyone stay safe, healthy and happy! Because COVID-19 is raging fiercely, spreading around the world again, we are having a very difficult time with experiencing lots of damage and crisis in our profession!

I hope that everything will be normalized as soon as possible to your Taekwondo Dojang and that we will see you soon with healthy mind and body!

I sincerely welcome that, even it’s very late, after we overcome many difficult obstacles and problems to finally be able to make a Tentative schedule for the Kukkiwon president election. I consider this decision will be a very valuable first step to get back to the normalization of the Kukkiwon!

From worldwide, 52 countries, 595 TaeKwonDo leaders (including 70 who have asked for a delay in the announcement of the list) and more than 1,000 schools and clubs (more than 500,000 current students and more than 5 million students including families of former and current members!) are humbly requesting, to the chairman of the election committee and officials in charge of official candidates debate, for Kukkiwon policy issues lists to follow as below!

Please let us put aside all the past issues at the moment and let us concentrate on how we can make the fairest election and what type of character and mindset leaders we choose to regain the respectable Kukkiwon again. Remember after we choose our leader, he/she will represent all our taekwondo families around the world!

We strongly suggest to host and execute a Zoom (video) debate before the election at Kukkiwon for at least three two hours or more, which will create an opportunity to meet each of the Kukkiwon presidential candidates to find out why loyal TaeKwonDo leaders around world want to support Kukkiwon’s success.

Let's try to conduct ourselves so that when the president of the Kukkiwon visits our area, he will be respected like a very respectable heroes for the worldwide societies (similar to the response the Catholic Pope receives) and for crowds (countless TaeKwonDo families) gather to meet the President of Kukkiwon, camping out near the meeting site for many days before ceremonies to see Him/Her at a close distance! Let’s make that happen. If we work together I believe we can make that happen!

The debate will be in English for the time being until the system is fully established, and the candidates may need to attend with an interpreter!

I suggest that Kukkiwon should prepare an English interpreter if proceeding in Korean!

If there are difficulties, we can do it for you or we can help you if you need help!

“Kukkiwon must record all the minutes in shorthand and announce them in various ways, including the Kukkiwon website, taekwondo newspapers, broadcasts and mass medias, so that taekwondo families around the world can easily read and verify them!"

(If there is no response by midnight on Monday, December 21 or after complete registration for candidates, Korean time, we must announce that we will host a separate forum under the name of a group of global leaders who love Kukkiwon Taekwondo and that we will make a statement that our organization verifies and supports a chosen leader!)

국기원장 선거 관리위원장 께 건의합니다!!

먼저 국기원장 선거를 준비하고 계시는 모든 관계자 여러분들의 노고를 치하하며 감사 드립니다! 그리고 다시 창궐하게 확산되고있는 코비드-19로 인하여 어려움 과 피해가 극심한 이때 태권도 가족 여러분들의 건안을 기원 드리며 조속한 시일내에 매사 정상화 되기를 기원합니다!

우여곡절 을 겪었지만 드디어 국기원 의 정상화 를 위한 첫 걸음인 원장 선거 일정이 결정( 잠정적)된것을 진심으로 환영합니다!

52개국 으로 부터 595명 (명단 발표를 잠시 미뤄달라는 70명 포함)의 글로벌 태권도 지도자 들이 직접 또는 지관으로 운영하고 있는 1000개 이상의 도장 과 클럽 (현 수련생 50만명 이상, 총 전, 현 태권도 가족들 포함 최소 500 만명 이상)의 지도자 들이 국기원장 선관 위원장 또는 관계자 여러분 들께 정중한 마음으로 아래와 같은 내용들을 건의합니다!

지나간 과거는 이쯤해서 일단 묻어두고 선거의 공정성과 국기원 발전을 위하며 국기원장 출마 자들이 결정 되면 첫번째 ,그들이 어떤 성품과 마음 가짐 으로 전세계 태권도 가족들을 대표 할수 있는 지도자 가 되겠다고 하는가 를 검증 할수 있도록 해주시기 바랍니다!

그리고 글로벌 태권도 가족들과 서로 대면하여 낯을 읽힐수 있는 기회를 만들어 최소한 당선 뒤 누가 전세계 태권도인 들의 수장 인가 를 알아 볼수 있도록 하는 영상 토론회 를 아래와 같은 내용으로 구성하여 선거 전까지 매 두 시간씩 3회 이상 국기원 에서 주최, 주관 하여 실행해 주시길 부탁드립니다!

( 국기원장 께서 우리 지역을 방문 했을때 천주교 교황 못지 않는 존경을 받고 국기원장 을 만나뵙기 위하여 인산 인해 를 이루며 근 거리에서 대면하고 싶어 캠프 까지하며 기다리는 풍토가 조성 될수 있도록 우리 스스로 노력해서 성취 시킵시다!)

토론회 진행은 시스템이 완전히 구축될때 까지 당분간은 영어로 하고 출마자 들은 통역을 대동하여 참석 해야 될것 입니다!

한국어로 진행 할때는 국기원 측에서 영어 통역을 준비 하여야 된다고 건의 드립니다!

만일 어려움이 있다면 우리가 대신 해 줄수도 있고 도음이 필요 하다면 도움도 줄수 있습니다!

“모든 회의록을 속기로 기록하여 전 세계 태권도 가족들이 손쉽게 읽어 볼수 있도록 국기원 홈페이지 와 태권도 신문, 방송들은 물론 다양한 방법으로 공고 해서 검증 받을수 있도록 해야한다!”

(만일 한국시간 12월 21일 월요일 또는 후보자 등록 마감일 자정까지 대답이 없을 시는 국기원 태권도 을 사랑하는 글로벌 지도자들의 모임 이름으로 별도의 토론회 를 주최 주관 할 것임을 공표하고 우리는 본(사)조직에서 검증하고 선택한 지도자를 지지 한다는 성명을 낼것을 공표합니다!)
