The WorldSC President Hyun-Suk SEO (hereinafter referred to as the 'Committee') established the China Northeast Three Star Sport Committee (CNSC Chairman Ju-Ho LEE, hereinafter referred to as the 'Branch'), the 10th overseas branch.

The branch signing ceremony was held at 2 p.m. on the 25th (Sunday) at Kider Huffing Square in Dalian, China, attended by WorldSC President Hyun-Suk SEO and World Practical Taekwondo President Seok-Hyun KIM.

President Hyun-Suk SEO of the committee said, "We are truly pleased to establish a branch of the three northeastern provinces in China, following the branches of Shandong and Henan provinces. Together with the currently established branches in China, we will work hard to expand branches throughout China, globalize Taekwondo, develop international sports and cultivate human resources." He also said, "We will do our best to grow together as a global organization with Chairman Ju-Ho LEE.“

Chairman Ju-Ho LEE said in the chapter, "It is an honor to be in charge of the committee's three northeastern provinces in China. We will develop Chinese sports and plan new sports programs to grow together, and next year, we will hold an all-time Taekwondo Championships in Shenyang, China. We will also actively participate in the projects promoted by the committee.“

On this day, the branch held its 100th Taekwondo promotion screening in a department store called Kider Huffing Square. Taekwondo reviews continued from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and with many parents attending, various events such as Taekwondo Poomsae, Kyorugi, Taekwondo Demonstrations, Breaking, Bouble-Jumping, and Jump Rope were held, which received great response.

Ju-Ho LEE, who headed the branch, is currently the chairman of the Korea-China Northeast Three Star Taekwondo Association, which was established as a group of Korean teachers.

사단법인 세계스포츠위원회(WorldSC 위원장 서현석, 이하 ‘위원회’)는 해외 10호 지부인 중국동북3성스포츠위원회(CNSC 회장 이주호, 이하 ‘지부’)를 설립했다.

지부 체결식은 지난 25일(일) 오후 2시에 중국 대련에 위치한 카이더 허핑광장에서 WorldSC 서현석 위원장과 세계실전태권도위원회 김석현 회장이 참석했고, 지부에서는 이주호 회장과 심양 재동북3성태권도협회 장정두 전무이사, 안종민 경기분과장, 하얼빈 심정호 부회장, 내몽골 후허하오터칭즈 셰린 관장, 랴오닝 사범대학교 체육대학 태봉 교수 등이 함께한 가운데 열렸다.

위원회 서현석 위원장은 “중국에 산동성, 하남성 지부에 이어 동북3성 지부를 설립하게 되어 진심으로 기쁘게 생각한다. 현재 설립된 중국 지부들과 함께 중국 전역에 지부 확장과 태권도 세계화, 국제 스포츠발전과 인재 양성에도 힘쓰겠다.” 또한 “이주호 회장과 글로벌 단체로 동반성장하기 위해 함께 최선을 다해 나아가겠다.”고 밝혔다.

지부에 이주호 회장은 “위원회의 재중국 동북3성 지부를 맡게 되어 영광으로 생각한다. 중국 스포츠발전과 뉴스포츠 프로그램을 기획하여 위원회 함께 성장할 것이며, 내년에는 중국 심양에서 역대급 태권도대회를 개최할 것이다. 또한 위원회가 추진하는 사업에 적극 동참할 것이다.”라고 말했다.

이 날 지부에서는 100번째 태권도 승급심사를 카이더 허핑광장이라는 백화점 안에서 개최하였다. 오전 9시부터 저녁 8시까지 연이어 태권도 심사가 이어졌으며, 많은 학부모님들이 참석한 가운데 태권도 품새, 겨루기, 태권도시범, 격파, 쌍절권, 줄넘기 등 다양한 이벤트를 개최하여 큰 호응을 얻었다.
