존경하는 태권도 가족 여러분!저 윤웅석은 태권도 가족을 향한 뜨거운 열정과 국기원의 혁신적 변화를 반드시 이루겠다는 결단으로 제18대 국기원장 선거에 출마합니다.

국기원은 대한태권도협회 중앙도장에서 출발해 세계 태권도의 본부로 성장했습니다. 그러나 지금 국내외 태권도장은 경영 악화라는 큰 위기에 직면해 있습니다. 도장이 흔들리면 국기원도 무너집니다. 이제 국경을 넘어 전 세계 태권도 가족이 공감할 수 있는 근본적인 변화와 혁신이 절실합니다.
저는 45년간 태권도장을 운영하며 대한태권도협회 도장지원특별위원회 초대 위원장으로 도장 활성화를 이끌어 온 도장·경영 전문가, 대표팀 감독과 기술전문위원회 의장으로서 선수를 길러내고 수련과 경기를 발전시킨 기술·교육 전문가, 그리고 국기원 연수원장과 시·도협회 전무이사협의회장을 맡아온 행정·연수 전문가로 언제나 태권도의 최전선에 서 있었습니다.
그리고 저는 이렇게 말씀드리고 싶습니다. 현장과 행정을 모두 경험한 준비된 유일한 전문가, 국기원의 혁신과 도약을 이루겠습니다.
이제 국기원은 새로운 시대의 사명을 요구하고 있습니다.
저는 지난 수개월간 지도자, 수련생, 해외 태권도인들의 절박한 목소리를 들으며 해답을 찾았습니다. 그 결과, 6대 핵심 과업과 24개 실행전략을 준비했고, 곧바로 실천할 준비를 끝냈습니다.
태권도의 미래는 결코 혼자의 힘으로 지켜낼 수 없습니다. 그러나 ‘우리’라는 이름으로 함께 나아간다면 어떠한 위기도 반드시 극복할 수 있습니다. 저는 여러분과 함께 국기원의 변화를 이끌고, 미래 세대에 더 큰 태권도의 꿈을 물려주겠습니다.

My Honorable Taekwondo Family! I am running for the 18th Kukkiwon President election with my passion for the Taekwondo family and determination to make sure to achieve innovative changes in the Kukkiwon.

Kukkiwon started at the Korea Taekwondo Association and has grown into the headquarters of Taekwondo around the world. However, Taekwondo academies in Korea and abroad are now facing a major crisis of poor management. If the stamp is shaken, Kukkiwon will also collapse. Now, there is a desperate need for fundamental change and innovation that taekwondo families around the world can sympathize with.
I have always been at the forefront of Taekwondo as a painting and management expert who has been running the Taekwondo studio for 45 years and led the promotion of the painting as the first chairman of the Korea Taekwondo Association's special committee, a technology and education expert who nurtured athletes and developed training and games as the chairman of the national team coach and technical committee, and an administrative and training expert who has been the head of the Kukkiwon Training Center and the executive director of the city and provincial associations.
And I would like to say this: I will achieve innovation and leap forward in Kukkiwon, the only prepared professional who has experienced both field and administration.
Now, Kukkiwon is demanding a new era of mission.
I have been listening to the desperate voices of leaders, trainees, and overseas taekwondo fighters for the past few months to find answers. As a result, I prepared six core tasks and 24 implementation strategies, and I was ready to put them into action right away.
The future of Taekwondo can never be protected by itself. However, any crisis can be overcome if we move forward together under the name of 'us'. I will lead the change of the Kukkiwon with you and pass on the bigger dream of Taekwondo to future generations.
Dear Taekwondo family!
Please leave Yun Ungsuk on the path to innovation and leap forward.I will definitely repay you with actions and achievements.
